Who is responsible

Grosero Burgers, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share on this site.

What we collect

To reserve: your name, the name of each attendee, email and phone number.

To verify payment: the screenshot of your bank transfer, which may show the account holder name and bank.

If you leave a review: your rating, your text and, optionally, your name.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

To register your reservation and give you a folio, verify your payment, contact you about your order or the event, and check you in at the door.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who processes it

Your data is stored with the providers that run this site: Airtable (reservations and reviews) and Vercel (website and payment screenshots), whose servers are in the United States. They process it only to provide that service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), by sending us a message through the contact above. We will reply within the period set by law.

Cookies

We only store your language choice in a cookie and your cart in your browser. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

Any change to this notice will be published on this page.
